Dr. Widman specializes in Cardiovascular Medicine, Interventional Cardiology and Nuclear Cardiology. Dr. Widman has been practicing medicine since 1990.
Dr. Widman received his medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in North Carolina. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire. Following Dr. Widman completed a fellowship in Cardiology at Strong Memorial Hospital, University of Rochester in New York.
Dr. Widman practices at Cardiology Associates of Greater Waterbury, Waterbury Hospital and Saint Mary’s Hospital. Dr. Widman is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology, the Connecticut State Medical Society, the Physician Council.
